Position: Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Online Travel Department

Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Travel Department. In this engaging role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with their travel inquiries and ensuring a hassle-free booking experience.

Your fluency in Dutch will be crucial as you guide customers through our online platforms, help them with flight and hotel bookings, and address any travel-related concerns or questions they may have. You will play an essential role in creating memorable travel experiences for our clients while contributing to our commitment to outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding online travel bookings
  • Assist customers with travel inquiries, including flight options, hotel reservations, and travel packages
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of complex inquiries
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve our travel services continuously
  • Stay updated on travel trends and offerings to provide informed recommendations
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in customer service, especially in the travel industry, is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
