Work from Home Inbound Customer Service (State of Georgia)

Join Colony Brands, Inc. for an in‑home inbound customer service role. This position is open to candidates 18 years or older residing in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin.

The role offers a flexible, seasonal schedule with a starting pay of $14.00 per hour plus upsell commission. Set your own availability and work from home, handling customer inquiries, order processing, and package tracking.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain positive customer relations by addressing product‑related concerns.
  • Take orders, verify information, track packages, and answer customer questions.
  • Execute all duties using multiple computer systems while speaking with customers.
Computer & Internet Requirements
  • PC or laptop with Windows 11 operating system (No Mac, Vista, Chromebook, or XP).
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 2nd Gen or newer OR Intel i-series 8th Gen or newer with 4+ cores (2018+).
  • Memory: 8GB RAM or more.
  • Hard disk: 10GB free space.
High‑Speed Internet
  • Download: 10 MBPS.
  • Upload: 5 MBPS.
  • Wired connection only; no Wi‑Fi, hotspots, or satellite.
Other Equipment
  • Keyboard with function keys.
  • Wired USB headset.
  • Webcams, dual monitors, and external mouse recommended.
Training
  • 1st Shift Training – 2 weeks (Mon‑Fri, 8:30 am‑3:30 pm CST).
  • 2nd Shift Training – 2 weeks (Mon‑Fri, 5:00 pm‑11:00 pm CST).
  • Weekend Training – 3 weekends (Sat‑Sun, 8:00 am‑4:00 pm CST).
