Remote Outbound Specialist – Integrated Customer Services. Outbound contact center focused on securing enrollments into our energy‑saving programs. Will make outbound calls to new and existing customers to address their energy needs.

Remote; can be located anywhere in the US.

• Drive success in a high‑volume outbound sales environment using a fast‑paced dialer to contact utility customers and encourage enrollment in energy‑saving programs.
• Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals.
• Identify eligibility and consistently close enrollments.
• Participate in training sessions and collaborate in a remote team environment.
• Earn commission based on defined metrics.
• Ideally bilingual to serve Spanish‑speaking customers.

• Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls.
• Expertly navigate a script.
• Support customers with technical inquiries.
• Comfort with a scheduled work day that includes set lunches and breaks.
• Appreciation for goals and performance metrics.

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Typing speed of 35+ WPM.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Minimum 6 months of customer‑facing experience;
  Call Center experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in an intensive environment while managing multiple platforms.
• Sales‑oriented, customer‑service focused.
• “How can I help you?” attitude.

We provide a laptop, software, and all necessary equipment.

• 10 Mbps upload, 20 Mbps download, 99% latency.
• Google “free speed test” if unsure.
• Hardwired internet, plug directly into router.

• Dedicated home office space, free of personal disruptions.
• Two power connections.
• Full phone availability throughout shift; no flexibility to answer door or be on‑call for others during scheduled hours.

$18 per hour + $65 per month internet stipend.

An assessment must be completed before consideration.

DOT requirements apply where applicable.

Hourly compensation only; internal equity and salary ranges apply.
