Customer Care Representative - WFH

Position Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Remote, Missouri

Hourly Rate: $15.00 per hour

The Customer Care Representative is the frontline representative and image of MTM Health, handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities. The role includes managing 60‑80 calls per day, with higher volumes on Mondays, and progressively increasing complexity as skills develop.

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities.
• Manage call volume of 60‑80 per day, adjusting to higher volumes on Mondays.

• Must currently reside in Missouri.
• 1 year of call center experience and at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Basic typing/computer proficiency with excellent navigational skills.
• High‑speed Internet access (minimum upload 3
  
  Mbps, download 30
  
  Mbps).
• No use of wireless or Wi‑Fi “air cards”.
• Quiet, distraction‑free space within the home for work.
