Position: Customer Service Representative- MUST LIVE NEAR NASHVILLE, TN

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations, categorizing all calls in one of the provided categories, recording any abusive and/or extraordinary calls, and performing other duties as assigned. This role is full‑time, primarily remote after an initial training period in Hermitage, TN.

Responsibilities
  • Receive calls from child support client stakeholders following SOPs and contractual terms.
  • Categorize each call into one of the predefined categories.
  • Record any abusive or extraordinary calls accurately.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements & Skills
  • Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10‑key pad.
  • Type a minimum of 35 WPM.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
