Position Summary
Customer Service Representative – remote, paid from home, under the direction of the Customer Service Management team. The role assists customers after their purchasing experience to ensure a positive post‑purchase service experience.
Compensation & BenefitsStarting Pay: $15 per hour.
Shift Differentials:
- Weekend Shift Pay: $5 per hour for each weekend shift worked (one per week).
- Performance Bonus:
Up to $2.50 per hour weekly based on performance. - Perfect Attendance Bonus:
Up to $2.50 per hour weekly for maintaining 4 consecutive weeks of perfect attendance through 2/28/2026. - Tenure‑Based Pay Increase: $0.50 per hour after 6‑, 12‑, 18‑, and 24‑month anniversaries.

Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of prior customer service experience.
- Ability or willingness to acquire automotive knowledge of supported vehicle brands.
- Professionalism and tact when dealing with difficult customers.
- Proficient computer keyboarding and internet use (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Excellent organizational, multi‑tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must reside in PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT.
- Bi‑lingual is a plus.
- Upon hire, successful completion of the Turn5 customer service new‑hire training program.
- Takes incoming calls from customers concerning post‑purchase issues (returns, tracking, cancellations, etc.).
- Displays a professional, courteous demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Provides prompt, efficient service for all inquiries.
- Efficiently enters and processes customer requests.
- Answers questions and educates customers about policies and procedures.
- Continues education and improves knowledge through company‑sponsored programs and training.
- Notifies customer service leadership of trends or problems encountered.
- Meets performance expectations regarding customer service quality, productivity, and availability.
- Upholds first‑touch resolution (FTR) standards.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Visual and hearing capability.
- Ability to sit for long periods.
- Maintain attendance as defined by company policy.
- Work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Operate general office equipment (fax machine, photocopier, printer).
- Complete inbound and outbound calls, texts, chats, and e‑mail with customers, vendors, and others.
- The role is a Customer Critical Role and may be subject to alternative work schedules during unforeseen circumstances.
