Bilingual Call Center Rep – Work from Home – Little Rock, AR.

Responsibilities- Represent Humana by addressing incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries.
- Perform basic administrative, clerical, operational, and customer support tasks.
- Handle routine and patterned assignments.
- Address customer needs, including complex benefit questions, resolve issues, and educate members.
- Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, transactions, or interactions and take appropriate action.
- Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances.
- Make decisions within defined parameters and work under close supervision.
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) – speak, read, and write in both languages without limitations.
- Minimum 1 year recent call‑center experience (inbound or outbound).
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
- Reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient typing and computer navigation skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities and use multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Healthcare experience.
Training:
September 8th, 2025 – virtual training for 5‑6 weeks, 8:30AM to 5:00PM Eastern, Monday–Friday.
Post‑training shift: 12:30PM to 9:00PM. Shift bids may occur based on business needs.
120‑day appraisal period – perfect attendance expected during training and nesting.
No time off during the first 90 days and discouraged during the 120‑day period.
Position requires a minimum of 12 months before exploring other Humana opportunities.
Work‑at‑Home Requirements- Separate room with a locked door for a private home office.
- Hardwired high‑speed internet: minimum 25
Mbps downstream and 10
Mbps upstream. - Wireless and satellite connections are prohibited.
All candidates who speak a language other than English must take an external language proficiency assessment. The Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test will be administered by a federal vendor.
