Senior Customer Service Representative – National Remote
Senior Customer Service Representative will provide direct, compassionate support to members, providers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a high level of service quality and accurate processing of healthcare claims.
Primary Responsibilities- Review and research incoming healthcare claim calls from providers by navigating multiple computer systems and verifying necessary data for processing (e.g., pricing, prior authorizations, applicable benefits).
- Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific issues while documenting required information in computer systems.
- Communicate and collaborate with providers to resolve issues using clear, simple language.
- Meet performance goals for efficiency, accuracy, quality, and attendance.
- Answer incoming member calls and identify the type of assistance needed (benefit and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits).
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- At least 6 months of work‑at‑home experience.
- At least 6 months of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience or 1+ year in a medical/standard office, call‑center, or phone‑support role.
- Working knowledge of Windows PC applications and ability to learn new computer systems.
- Availability to work any 8‑hour shift between 7:00am–8:00pm CST, with occasional overtime as needed.
- Call‑center experience.
- Healthcare experience.
- Knowledge of billing, finance, and eligibility processes.

- Maintain a dedicated work area separated from other living areas with information privacy.

A salary range for this role is $17.74–$31.63 per hour, based on full‑time employment. The company complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
