About the Role
Remote Call Center Representative – providing mission‑critical customer support for Conduent’s Supplemental benefits portfolio, working fully from home and engaging with customers 24/7.
Responsibilities- Handle claims inquiries and debit card denial calls related to Supplemental benefits.
- Assist customers with documentation requests, website navigation, and password resets.
- Support member actions such as placing commuter orders, checking balances, and accessing eligible expenses.
- Answer questions about Plan Year deadlines, HSA contributions, account closures, transfers, rollovers, and updates to member profiles.
- Provide guidance on tax form inquiries, HSA distribution setup, and opening new HSA accounts.
- Troubleshoot member rewards and online navigation issues.
- Maintain a steady volume of calls while navigating multiple systems (approximately 30‑40 calls per day).
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree.
- Minimum six months of customer service experience.
- Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test.
- Clear background check with education and employment verification.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to multi‑task effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends and accommodate a 24/7 production schedule.
- Conduent provides all necessary hardware (computer, monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, Ethernet cord, power cables).
- Secure a reliable home internet connection (minimum 25
Mbps download, 10
Mbps upload) and a wired Ethernet connection. - Maintain a quiet, distraction‑free workspace that is clutter‑free and free of unauthorized electronics or writing utensils.
Hourly rate: $16.32
Paid time off accrues after 180 days of employment.
