What Will Your Job Look Like?The Customer Care Representative is the frontline representative and image of MTM Health. The role involves handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, with a target of 60‑80 calls per day, higher volumes on Mondays. Tasks increase in complexity as your skills progress.
All You Need for the Customer Care Representative Role Is:- Must currently reside in Rhode Island
- 1 year of Call Center experience
- 6 months of Customer Service experience
- Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
- High‑speed Internet access (e.g., Cable, DSL, or Fiber) with a minimum upload speed of 3
Mbps and a minimum download speed of 30
Mbps; use of wireless and WiFi “air cards” is prohibited - A quiet space within the home free of distractions including caretaking of any kind
