Job Overview
Customer Care Representative – Remote (Arizona and Nevada). Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holiday work. Compensation includes competitive base pay plus shift differentials for nights and weekends.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound customer calls and e‑mails with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve issues, answer questions, and provide proactive solutions.
- Document interactions and follow up as needed.
- Participate in special projects and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Deliver a WOW experience on every call—customers should hear your smile.
- Note:
This role does not involve cold calling, sales, or contract upgrades.
- Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED; customer service experience in call center, insurance, or banking; strong communication, listening, and problem‑solving skills; ability to multitask using technology in a fast‑paced environment; reliable high‑speed internet (25

Mbps up); quiet, distraction‑free home office setup. - Preferred: 2+ years of customer service experience; prior remote work experience.
Full‑time, 40hours per week. Shift schedules vary and may include weekends and holidays. Minimum availability through 9PM EST. Periodic shift bids determine schedules based on business needs.
CompensationPay Range: $15.03 – $27.75 per hour. The posted range reflects compensation factors such as candidate background, experience, and work location, and allows for salary growth within the role.
