Remote Entry- Level Dispatcher

Work Source is hiring for a Remote Entry-Level Dispatch position. This role involves supporting drivers, handling high-volume inbound calls, and managing dispatch tasks across multiple computer systems. Successful candidates are dependable, able to multitask, and have the required home office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound calls (approximately 90% of the workday)
• Assist drivers and clients with dispatch-related needs
• Accurately enter and update information
• Navigate and use multiple software systems simultaneously
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service at all times

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Must have required home office equipment (see below)

Required Home Office Setup

• Two monitors (15" minimum each)
• Intel Core i5 processor or better
• 12 GB RAM or higher (12-16 GB preferred)
• Windows 7 or newer
• Wired Ethernet internet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)
• USB or wireless headset
• Webcam (required for training)
• Supported browsers:
  Chrome, Edge, or Firefox

Not Accepted:
Chromebooks, Mac Books, Apple products, tablets, netbooks, AUX headsets, or Wi-Fi-only setups
