Customer Service Representative – Spanish Bilingual
AAA Auto Club Enterprises is hiring a full‑time Customer Service Representative who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our insurance call center team.
What We OfferStarting Pay: $24.00 – $26.00/hour
Bilingual Fluency:
English/Spanish
Location Requirement: must reside within 80 miles of 1225 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX 75019
Remote Training
Schedule:
Full‑time (40 hours per week). Virtual training program lasting approximately 4 months. Training shifts will be scheduled between 9:00am‑9:00pm Monday‑Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts between 9:00am‑7:00pm. When a Saturday shift is scheduled, a weekday off will be provided.
Remote Work Schedule (Post‑Training):
Full‑time (40 hours per week). Work shifts scheduled within 9:00am‑9:15pm Monday‑Friday, and every Saturday between 9:00am‑7:15pm. One weekday off each week.
- Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to AAA memberships.
- Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services.
- Engage members using strong communication and a friendly, problem‑solving mindset.
- Think quickly and critically to resolve issues—this is not a scripted environment.
- Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking.
- Maintain a positive, can‑do attitude in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
- Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance performance.
- Dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions.
- Connect to ISP via Ethernet (no DSL, satellite, hotspots, etc.). Modem/router in same room as computer equipment.
- Internet speed at least 50
Mbps download to 100
Mbps for downloads and 10
Mbps for uploads. - Provide documentation of carrier and internet speed.
- Company‑provided computer and partial internet reimbursement included.
- Demonstrated ability to uphold productivity and confidentiality in a remote setting.
- Regular attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
- Availability during standard business hours and flexibility for possible shift adjustments.
- Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred).
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time.
- Flexible, "can‑do" mindset and willingness to adapt to change.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must reside within 80 miles of 1225 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX 75019.
