Location: Batesville

As a Customer Service Representative II, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting sales and customer service operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $20/ hr

** Shift:
** Rotation (8am-6pm EST), with a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. In-person training required, working onsite 3 days a week

** What's the Job?*
* + Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and coordinating customer service needs with other departments.

+ Respond to telephone, fax, and web-based product and service orders, accurately inputting sales data into the order fulfillment system.

+ Resolve routine and some non-routine customer questions, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.

+ Investigate shipment issues, credits, and new orders to ensure customer satisfaction.

+ Manage shared mail boxes and verify data with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy.

** What's Needed?*
* + Customer service experience, preferably with sales support.

+ Strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel and Word.

+

Experience with JDE or similar ERP systems is a plus.

+ Ability to work in a team environment with shift rotation coverage.

+ Flexibility to work onsite three days a week and participate in in-person training.
