• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance through our online chat platform
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized and timely responses
• Proactively engage with customers to identify and resolve any issues or concerns they may have

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online chat environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
