As a Live Chat Representative, you will play a key part in enhancing customer experience by delivering clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication through our live chat platform.

Key Objectives
  • Deliver exceptional real-time support to customers via live chat.
  • Resolve inquiries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate product and service information.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through the live chat system.
  • Assist customers by providing product information, troubleshooting guidance, and order support.
  • Identify and elevate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Track and document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and tools.
  • Support the sales team by identifying potential leads and upselling opportunities during chats.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
