As a Live Chat Representative, you will play a key part in enhancing customer experience by delivering clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication through our live chat platform.
Key Objectives- Deliver exceptional real-time support to customers via live chat.
- Resolve inquiries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate product and service information.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through the live chat system.
- Assist customers by providing product information, troubleshooting guidance, and order support.
- Identify and elevate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Track and document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and tools.
- Support the sales team by identifying potential leads and upselling opportunities during chats.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms is a plus.
