Customer Service Representative – Insurance

ACSC Management Services Inc. in Riverside, CA, is hiring full‑time, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our industry‑leading Insurance Call Center team. If you’re passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast‑paced, member‑focused environment, we want to hear from you!

What We Offer

Starting hourly pay: $23.00 – $25.00. Additional $1.00 per hour for English/Spanish bilingual fluency. $1,000 hiring bonus for candidates with an active Property & Casualty License (external candidates only).

Paid, in‑person training: 3700 Central Ave, Riverside, CA 92506, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:45pm, and every 3rd Saturday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a day off the following week. Training lasts approximately 17 weeks onsite. Post‑training schedule:
Monday–Friday, 10:15am–7:00pm, including every Saturday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a day off the following week. Opportunity to work from home.

What You’ll Do
  • Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to insurance policies and AAA memberships.
  • Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services.
  • Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem‑solving mindset.
  • Think quickly and critically to resolve issues – this is not a scripted environment.
  • Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking.
  • Maintain a positive, can‑do attitude in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance performance.
What You’ll Need
  • Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred).
  • Spanish fluency is a plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time.
  • A flexible, can‑do mindset and willingness to adapt to change.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Must reside within 30 miles of the training location (3700 Central Ave, Riverside, CA 92506).
