Customer Service Specialist

Overview

Customer Service Specialist – Full‑time, Remote (Kentucky). Supports Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, and Garnet Hill brands. Provides assistance to customers via inbound calls while promoting products and improving sales.

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, problem‑solve, and de‑escalate unique situations.
• Promote products and drive sales during each customer interaction.
• Assist with refunds, payments, orders, and account data analysis.
• Maintain a high‑paced call volume with a weekly weekend shift requirement.
• Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor.

• 12+ months of customer service experience.
• Ability to work from a distraction‑free home environment.
• Experience with virtual/remote work and a structured schedule.
• Strong communication skills across a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens.
• Technical troubleshooting skills or ability to partner with IT when needed.

• $15.00 per hour plus shift differential where applicable.
• Full‑time 40‑hour schedule, including a weekly weekend shift.
