Five Star Solutions is hiring customer service agents to assist J.W. Pepper, the largest US sheet music retailer. You will support customers via phone, email, and chat, helping them with their musical needs and creating a community filled with song.
This full-time position pays $14/hr with possible increases after 90 days and includes paid training. The ideal candidate should have previous customer service experience and be able to work independently in a remote setting.
