Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with billing, accounts, and service questions
• Handling inbound and outbound phone calls professionally
• Providing technical support for internet, cable, or mobile services
• Entering and updating customer information accurately
• Resolving complaints and escalating issues when needed
• Maintaining confidentiality of customer records
• Working with team members to meet company goals
• Following company policies and training guidelines

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and typing ability
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to multitask and solve problems professionally
• Reliable internet connection for remote positions
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude and professional behavior
• Willingness to complete training program
