Remote Banking Support Specialist

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Financial Representative to assist customers of financial institutions with their needs. This remote position requires at least 1 year of customer service experience and excellent communication skills. The role includes resolving customer inquiries, verifying information for security, and participating in meetings. Candidates living within 30 miles of Monett, MO will work in a hybrid setup post-training.

Pay range is $34,320-$37,500 per year, with full-time schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
