As a Customer Service Representative, you will help Turbo Tax customers by answering their questions concerning Turbo Tax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions. We’ll give you amazing continuous support for everything.

• Minimum 25 hours per week required; you may work more if desired.
• You will be assigned an SME (Subject Matter Expert) who will support you during live calls and a Marketplace Performance Specialist as your advocate.

• This role doesn't require any specific accounting background. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help Turbo Tax customers with their questions.
• Strong communication is key in assisting customers with Turbo Tax products and tax return software. You'll need to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
• The ability to understand and empathize with our customers needs while driving innovation and providing top-notch service.
