Overview:
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Solutions Advisors. In this role, you will help clients plan, customize, and book exceptional travel experiences tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and goals
- Research and recommend customized travel solutions including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and packages
- Create detailed itineraries that align with client expectations
- Book and manage travel reservations using industry tools and supplier platforms
- Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel
- Stay up to date on travel trends, destinations, and industry updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using online tools, booking platforms, and social media
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Previous travel or sales experience is a plus (not required)
