Description

This posting is intended for candidates who want to be considered in advance and prioritized when we begin interviewing again. We are not actively hiring at this time, but we are accepting and reviewing applications for upcoming opportunities. Our next training class is anticipated to occur in August 2026.

Note:

Job Duties:

• Receive inbound calls on behalf of dealership clients and follow required scripting to assist customers.
• Schedule service appointments and answer basic inquiries as needed.
• Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers.
• Gather and update customer and vehicle information.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives for follow-up calls.
• Work efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment.
• Conduct outbound calls following a pre-designed script and schedule service appointments according to promotional offers.
• Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.

Position Requirements

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• A quiet workplace, free from distractions.
• High-speed internet
• A compatible wired headset
• Be able to type 35 Words Per Minute
• Pass all system requirements
• Previous customer service experience is required
• Some automotive knowledge is preferred
