We're hiring upbeat, tech-savvy individuals for a fully remote, TEMPORARY technical support role assisting college students and military personnel with internet setup and connectivity. This is not your typical call center job - we're looking for candidates who have a genuine interest in technology, troubleshooting, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Customer service is everything. Above all, we're looking for people who treat students, parents, and military members with kindness, patience, and respect. Even if you don't have every technical answer, your ability to listen, show empathy, and genuine care make all the difference.

Prior call center experience alone is not enough - we're seeking individuals with real tech know-how and a passion for helping others. When you take the time to be friendly and helpful, you've already done the most important part of the job.

What You'll Do:

• Provide phone-based and chat support to student customers

• Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues

• Assist with account setup, device configuration, and general inquiries

• Deliver outstanding customer care with patience, positivity, and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

• Technical aptitude - whether through previous IT support experience, personal computer knowledge, or troubleshooting skills

Strong communication skills and a genuinely friendly, helpful attitude

• Ability to multitask while navigating systems and speaking with customers

• Comfortable working and training in a fully remote environment

• Typing proficiency and/or experience with chat/email support is a plus

Training &

Schedule:

• 24 hours of paid, remote training:
Week of July 27 - full attendance required. Daytime and evening trainings available.

• FULL availability during peak work period:
August 10-31

• Commitment of 20-30+ hours/week during peak periods

• Must be flexible and available for last-minute shifts - this is a great opportunity to pick up extra hours during surge periods
