The Customer Care Representative is the frontline representative and image of MTM Health. This role handles inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, with a daily volume of 60-80 calls and higher volumes on Mondays.

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities.
• Manage increasing complexity tasks as skills progress.
• Operate within company standards and protocols.

• Must reside in Wisconsin.
• 1 year of call center experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills.
• High-speed Internet access (minimum upload 3
  
  Mbps and download 30
  
  Mbps). Wireless and WiFi air cards are prohibited.
