Job Overview

Customer Service Specialist supports HSN customer service, working from home to assist customers with problem‑solving, de‑escalation, product promotion and sales while managing a high‑paced call volume.

Location

This position is remote; candidates must reside in Tennessee and work from home.

Compensation

$15.00 per hour plus shift differential and incentive pay when applicable.

Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries on a busy day.
  • Offer additional products on each customer interaction.
  • Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller.
  • Participate in activities such as confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data.
  • Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and pursue opportunities for advancement within QVC Group.
Qualifications
  • Provide a distraction‑free work from home environment.
  • 12 months or more of customer service experience.
  • Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment.
  • Effective communication with a variety of styles.
  • Navigate multiple systems and screens.
  • Follow HSN computer system requirements.
  • Troubleshoot own technical problems (partner with IT when needed).
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours.
  • Spanish speaking bilingual opportunity available.
