Job Overview
Customer Service Specialist supports HSN customer service, working from home to assist customers with problem‑solving, de‑escalation, product promotion and sales while managing a high‑paced call volume.
LocationThis position is remote; candidates must reside in Tennessee and work from home.
Compensation$15.00 per hour plus shift differential and incentive pay when applicable.
Responsibilities- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries on a busy day.
- Offer additional products on each customer interaction.
- Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller.
- Participate in activities such as confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data.
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and pursue opportunities for advancement within QVC Group.
- Provide a distraction‑free work from home environment.
- 12 months or more of customer service experience.
- Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment.
- Effective communication with a variety of styles.
- Navigate multiple systems and screens.
- Follow HSN computer system requirements.
- Troubleshoot own technical problems (partner with IT when needed).
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours.
- Spanish speaking bilingual opportunity available.
