Position: Customer Support Representative [FT - Work From Home]
[Customer Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / $23-hr + Bonus Eligibility / Available for a shift between: 8a EST to 10p EST Mon thru F / Medical-Dental-Vision / 401K Matching / PTO / Tuition Reimbursement - As a Customer Support Representative, you will:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat;
Resolve technical issues and inquiries related to CDK Global products and services;
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution;
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions;
Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals;
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience and product functionality;
Assist with new customer onboarding and training;
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns;
Handle high volume of inbound calls and prioritize tasks effectively;
Work independently in a remote setting while adhering to company policies and procedures;
