Professional opportunity for Branch Office Administrator (BOA) to team up with financial advisors to support over nine million clients.
Role SummaryAs a BOA you will provide seamless support to clients, support client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience.
Support- Comprehensive 6-month training with an experienced peer to mentor you.
- A wide support network from branch to region to home office.
- Independent work supported by a team of thousands.
- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
- Actively listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services.

- Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
- Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Perform account opening, handle account transfers and other requests, process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle scheduling, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes, update SOPs, and execute branch business plan.
- Technology: Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm-provided software.
