What You’ll Be Doing: As a Sales Support Representative, you’ll take ownership of your clients’ success and provide top-notch support to ensure their needs are met. You’ll:
- Own the Details: Manage price requests, documentation, reporting, and forecasting to ensure seamless customer transactions. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the middleman between our sellers and customers. You’ll be the go-to person for sample requests, pricing updates, and solving any issues that arise.
- Problem-Solving Pro: Research and dig deep to find the answers our customers need, using your critical thinking and communication skills to deliver solutions that drive satisfaction.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams—product managers, sellers, and the customer support team to ensure we’re always delivering the best service.
- Manage Relationships: Foster strong, lasting relationships with both internal and external partners. Your ability to communicate and navigate complex requests will be key to success in this role.

What You Bring to the Table:
- High School Diploma or GED (college experience is a bonus!)
