[Customer Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Generous Hourly Pay / Flexible Shift Options (EST hours):
Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM - Saturday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM - Sunday: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM - As a Customer Support Rep, you will:
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email and live chat support;
Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner;
Accurately document and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department;
Proactively identify customer needs and offer solutions;
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers;
Communicate with team members to ensure a consistent and efficient customer experience;
