Position: Travel Services Coordinator (Remote)

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Travel Services Coordinator to assist with organizing travel-related services and coordinating client requests. This role focuses on managing travel details, supporting the booking process, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.

This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a virtual, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate travel-related services including scheduling, reservations, and client requests.
  • Assist with organizing travel details based on client needs and preferences.
  • Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate updates, confirmations, and important details in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized records and track multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Provide support throughout the planning and coordination process.
