• Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
• Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
• Meet team KPIs

• Native Dutch and English communication skills
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
• Personal or professional experience in crypto/trading/blockchain is a must
• Experience providing support via live chats
• Experience with CRM systems
• Analytical and research skills
• Positive and responsible attitude
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8
  
  Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
