- Handle inbound and outbound calls to current and potential customers
- Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions
- Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
- Schedule and plan services and appointments
- Respond promptly to calls, texts, voicemails, and emails
- Assist management, technicians, and sales teams with daily requests
- Collect service payments and follow up on past‑due accounts
- Coordinate service schedules with field technicians
- Previous customer service experience required
- Call center experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software preferred
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Ability to type at least 40+ WPMHigh School diploma or equivalent
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Must be eligible to legally work in the U.S.
- Pay: $18–$23/hour
