The Customer Service Representative is a vital member of the team responsible for all inbound & outbound communication with our customer base. In this position, you will be supported by our headquarters in Denver, CO while overseeing the entire rental lifecycle amongst our 4 offices. In this role, you are the face/voice of Native Campervans.

ResponsibilitiesHandle Customer-Facing Communication across all Channels
- Handling phone calls, emails, texts, videochat, webchat, and other customer inquiries using our Internal Tools.
- Assist customers while on their trips. Work with them if any issues and questions arise and handle complaints promptly and professionally according to the CX Department’s expectations and guidelines.
- Assist in Roadside Assistance Calls in accordance with Native’s processes.
- Being a resource for individuals looking to book their trip with itinerary planning, camping spots, and not-to-miss sights.
Execute the Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Department
- Allocating customer bookings via all channels (ie. Online, Phone, 3rd Party Sites etc.)
- Perform and Execute Daily Department Checklist Items
- Updating Bookings, Customer-related and vehicle-specific information in Booking Software
- Work and communicate with Operations Managers on Booking-specific issues
- Assist in the coordination, scheduling, and communication of customer pick-ups & drop-offs utilizing our internal tools.
- Must be able to work weekends, & holidays
- Self-starter. Demonstrates ability to work independently in high-stress situations
- Impeccable customer service skills – phone, email, and text
- Fully Remote work available (home address must be in Colorado, or Nevada)
- Schedule:
Sunday through Wednesday - 4 x 10 Hour Shifts
- Occasional Opportunities for Overtime
- Occasionally deployed to assist with Campervan moves between locations
- Starting Hourly Wage: $22
- Unlimited PTO
