Launchmetrics is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage key client relationships, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and retention. This remote role (New York-based applicants only) offers $70,000–$90,000/year plus opportunities for advancement.
The successful candidate will act as a strategic advisor, driving product value and ROI, leading account reviews, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

- Act as a strategic advisor, driving product value and ROI
- Assist in pre-sales demonstrations, technical meetings, and SOWs for customizations/integrations
- Maintain client documentation, reviews, and risk tracking in Gainsight
- Lead regular account reviews and maintain communication on updates
- Gather client feedback and deliver insights to product teams
- Anticipate dissatisfied accounts and resolve issues swiftly
- Conduct follow-up training, adoption activities, and system updates
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, handing over to sales
- Evaluate and document implementation plans and specifications
- Project-manage client requests alongside product teams
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Success or Onboarding
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Customer-first mentality with empathy and loyalty-building skills
- Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent interpersonal, phone troubleshooting, and written communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to perform in fast-paced settings
Preferred (Extra Credit):
- Experience in Fashion, Luxury, or Beauty industries
- Exposure to global customers and international markets
- Experience with technical integrations
- Experience delivering on-site training, webinars, or pre-sales demos
