Administrative Strategies is looking for a Customer Care Call Center Representative to support catastrophe FNOL call intake during major weather events. This remote position is a 1099 temporary independent contractor role.
Ideal candidates must have prior call center experience and be available between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern Time. Responsibilities include taking calls from policyholders, entering claim information accurately, and providing professional customer support.
