Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients in resolving billing issues and setting up payment plans
  • Handle inbound calls regarding healthcare bills
  • Document customer complaints, issues, and interactions in system(s)
  • Meet performance metrics set by management
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and de‑escalation skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Reliable attendance
  • Must pass a 7‑year background check
  • High‑speed internet connection (DSL/Cable, 100+ Mbps)
