Call Center Agent – Smit Clean Co | Remote

Smit Clean Co is seeking a dynamic Call Center Agent to join its customer support team. This part-time, temporary remote role offers $15.00–$26.56/hour plus benefits including flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and work-from-home flexibility.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving inquiries, and supporting sales initiatives with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues

  • Use Microsoft Office and call center software to document interactions and update records
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities to promote products or services
Candidate Requirements
  • Fluency in English (multilingual abilities highly desirable)
  • Strong communication skills with clear and confident delivery
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently with a positive attitude
  • Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions

Preferred:
