Job Description

Echo Park Automotive is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (Guest Experience Center Agent) to work remotely between 12 pm and 9 pm Pacific time. The Guest Experience Center is responsible for answering inbound calls, chats, internet leads, and explaining our sales process to guests, ultimately setting appointments at Echo Park’s dealerships. As a member of our team, you will help guests understand how we are changing the vehicle purchasing process to make it simple, fast, and fun!

You will begin your career at Echo Park with 3 weeks of paid training covering product knowledge, sales skills, communication, and navigating internal software systems.

What You Will Do:
  • Work from home, 12 pm- 9 pm PST. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, including every other Saturday and at least one Sunday shift per month. Sunday shifts are from 7 am-3 pm PST.
  • Build rapport with guests and assist through personality and relationship selling.
  • Assist guests via inbound and outbound calls, utilizing relationship-based sales techniques.
  • Understand guests' needs and match them with company inventory.
  • Set appointments based on guest preferences and vehicle needs.
  • Continuously improve and be receptive to coaching.
  • Handle call volumes efficiently while providing excellent service.
  • Answer guest questions accurately, openly, and honestly.
