George Wernery State Farm is seeking a fully licensed, Spanish bilingual Customer Care Manager with prior State Farm agency experience to join our remote team. This role is primarily service‑focused and designed for a professional who excels at supporting customers, resolving service needs, and strengthening long‑term relationships while identifying in‑book sales opportunities when appropriate.
We are looking for someone who understands State Farm systems, communicates confidently in both English and Spanish, and can deliver exceptional customer care while helping customers maintain the right protection.
Role OverviewAs a Customer Care Manager, you will play a key role in managing daily customer service interactions, assisting with policy updates and claims support, and ensuring customers receive prompt, accurate service. You will also conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to strengthen coverage within the existing book of business.
This position requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing service excellence with thoughtful coverage recommendations.
Licensing & Experience Requirements- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Active Life & Health license preferred
- Spanish/English bilingual required
- Prior State Farm agency experience required
- Provide high‑level customer support in both English and Spanish
- Manage customer inquiries related to policy changes, billing, renewals, and coverage questions
- Assist customers through the claims process and provide follow‑up support
- Review existing policies to ensure accurate and complete coverage
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer protection through in‑book sales
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation within State Farm systems
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service workflows and consistent customer experience
- Support retention efforts and overall agency service goals
- Fluent Spanish and English communication skills
- Prior State Farm agency experience and familiarity with State Farm systems
- Strong service mindset with the ability to pivot into in‑book sales conversations
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions in a remote work environment
