Call Center Remote Customer Service Representative – Vimo Inc (Get Insured) | Atlanta, GA
Vimo Inc (operating as Get Insured) is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to join its call center team. This full‑time role pays $17–$18.50/hour (with performance incentives and higher pay for Spanish bilingual reps) and includes paid training, benefits, and opportunities for career growth. You’ll be part of a team helping customers navigate health insurance enrollment, delivering excellent service while working from home.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer service experiences
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
- Process application data entry accurately
- Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
- Apply creative problem‑solving skills to resolve issues
- Adapt to changing projects and updates
- Manage time effectively with multitasking and prioritization
- Complete required training, self‑study, and testing to maintain certifications
- Adhere to regulated communication guidelines across all channels
- Minimum age: 18 years or older
- Must complete background check and drug test within 3 days
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Personal device with functioning camera required during training
- Commitment to full attendance for 3‑week paid training program
- Minimum internet speed: 35 mb/s (hard‑wired Ethernet required)
- Cable/Fiber broadband only (mobile internet, Wi‑Fi extenders, or satellite not compatible)
- Moderate to advanced computer skills
- Comfortable learning new technology quickly
- Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self‑motivated and success‑driven
- Ability to work full‑time Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
- Customer support or technical support roles
- Group or individual health insurance knowledge (Affordable Care Act)
- Call center experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Spanish bilingual skills (higher pay rate available)
- Pay: $17–$18.50/hour (+ incentives)
- Spanish bilingual reps: $19/hour (+ incentives)
- Paid training (3 weeks)
