Call Center / Customer Service Representative – Automated Health Systems | Remote (Greensburg, PA)

Automated Health Systems (AHS), a premier healthcare-focused customer service call center vendor, is expanding in the Northeast Region and seeking Call Center / Customer Service Representatives
. This is a remote role, but candidates must live within driving distance of Pittsburgh, PA, as occasional site visits are required.

Role Overview

You will assist individuals and families in gaining access to healthcare services, providing accurate information, and delivering quality customer support. This role requires strong communication skills, PC proficiency, and a passion for helping people in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Candidate Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of health information
Preferred
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare-related customer service
