Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and supporting the onboarding of volunteers and clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the mission of community support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
