Remote Customer Service Representative

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to provide high-quality support in a fast-paced, 24/7 call center environment. In this role, you will assist customers with account inquiries, billing, service setup, and general support while delivering a positive and professional experience.

This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates who are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and comfortable multitasking across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

+ Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails in a professional and timely manner

+ Assist customers with:

+ Billing inquiries and payments

+ Service sign-ups and account updates

+ General account and service questions

+ Promote and upsell service offerings when appropriate

+ Navigate multiple systems and applications to access customer information

+ Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly

+ Analyze issues and provide solutions based on established guidelines

+ Build rapport with customers through clear, friendly communication

+ Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues as needed

+ Follow up on unresolved inquiries to ensure full resolution

+ Maintain professionalism across all interactions

Required Qualifications

+ Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred

+ Strong ability to multitask across multiple screens, tools, and systems

+ Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

+ Ability to talk, type, and navigate systems simultaneously

+ Tech-savvy with experience using Windows-based systems (Windows 10 or
7)

+ Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high call volume

+ Willingness to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)

Work From Home Requirements

+ Reliable home internet connection:

+ Minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload speed

+ Must be able to connect via a wired (ethernet) connection

+ Equipment provided includes: computer, dual monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse

Training Schedule

+ 4 weeks of training

+ Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST

Compensation

+ $15.50 per hour

Work Environment

+ Fully remote position

+ 24/7/365 operation with scheduled shifts

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr.
