Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Concierge Executive to support our Travel Advisory team in executing seamless luxury travel experiences. This role supports day-to-day trip planning operations, including curating and coordinating dining reservations, spa reservations, transportation, car rentals, and sightseeing recommendations, as well as providing administrative support in Salesforce and shared document systems. The position involves regular communication with travel partners, with the opportunity to engage with clients and assist with Axus itinerary creation over time.
The ideal candidate has a strong interest in luxury travel, exceptional organizational skills, and availability during U.S. working hours.
- Facilitate concierge bookings (i.e., dining, spa, non-privately guided activity suggestions) by coordinating communications between the team and partners
- Secure car and train transfers with the travel teams
- Secure car rentals in collaboration with the travel teams
- Assist in maintaining a well-organized system for files and information in Salesforce and Share Point
- Regularly communicate with travel teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks
- Potential for other responsibilities based on candidate's capabilities and advancement goals
- Professional & service-oriented mentality
- Proven experience in travel operations, ideally luxury travel
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Incredibly keen attention-to-detail and excellent time-management
- Ability to review materials with a fine-tooth comb and identify issues or errors
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Axus, Salesforce, and SharePoint (a plus)
- Proficient in Sabre GDS (also a plus)
- Willing to work within an approximate 9am-6pm ET timeframe Monday to Friday (
