Connecteam is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to oversee its Large business and Enterprise customers. This fully remote role requires a deep understanding of workforce management and exceptional relational skills.
Your role will involve developing customer success plans, ensuring optimal usage of Connecteam's solutions, and analyzing data to track customer progress. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of B2B SaaS experience, superb communication skills, and the ability to operate independently.
Competitive salary between 100K-120K and comprehensive benefits, including medical coverage and 401(k).
