Client Services Agent – Acumen LLC | Remote (Saint Charles, MO)

Acumen LLC is hiring Client Services Agents to provide enrollment, education, and ongoing support to clients across participant-directed programs. This remote, full-time role pays $19–$22/hour and includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and additional benefits.

Agents play a critical role in ensuring positive client relationships by handling inbound and outbound calls, processing paperwork, and managing data entry with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients (employers and employees) during the enrollment process
  • Process paperwork and manage electronic communication
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and program contacts
  • Stay updated on program rules and regulations, and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Acumen departments, escalating issues when necessary
  • Resolve client inquiries within contractual time frames
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Contribute to program growth through marketing, education, and community outreach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues effectively
  • Manage fluctuating call and email volumes
  • Provide efficient customer service via phone and electronic communication
  • Work flexible schedules, including occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of data entry experience
  • Prior customer service or client relations experience
  • Ability to manage fluctuating inbound/outbound call volumes
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDFs, email, internet)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
  • Patience, perseverance, and problem-solving ability
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Willingness to obtain state-required certifications
  • Ability to travel if required (valid driver’s license and insurance)
  • Secure remote workspace with high-speed internet
