Insurance is currently hiring for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team and help with answering inquiries regarding policy information, status and billing. This position develops and maintains relationships with the agency force, customers and all company departments and works to resolve questions and inquiries in a positive, professional, and timely manner. This full-time position is located at the home-office in Laramie, WY and typically works 40 hours per week between 8 am to 5 pm
, Monday-Friday

REQUIREMENTS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
In this full-time position, you will operate in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing these job duties, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk and occasionally lift and move office products or supplies. The following are required to assist in the duties performed by a Customer Service Representative:
- High school degree or GED.
- Office experience with emphasis on computer skills and working with the public.
- One year of customer service experience.
