Savi Linx in Lawrence is looking for a Customer Service Representative II (Phones) to provide exceptional customer service in a hybrid remote position. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Haitian Creole and English and possesses a strong background in contact center operations.
Responsibilities include handling inquiries, ensuring first call resolution, and maintaining customer information in our CRM system. Flexibility in working hours is required, typically Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
